# Quickstart

VOORA helps you screen transaction events and return fraud decisions in real time. In a typical integration, your system sends an event to VOORA, receives a decision such as `APPROVE`, `REVIEW`, or `DECLINE`, and then uses that result to continue, hold, or stop the user flow.
